What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer only, details are at the bottom of our invoice.
How far do you travel for an event?
Usually our events are in and around Central London, Greater London & surrounding counties. We can do International or Nationwide sets too but this will incur over night charges and travel and hotel costs.
How long do you need for set up?
It all depends on the size of the event, we can be more specific when we know more about your event.
What are your payment terms?
We ask for 50% at booking confirmation to secure your date and to start planning your decor/event, 50% balance is then payable 7 days prior to your event.
Do you offer refunds?
Sadly we do not offer refunds, we do however offer one date change if we are given enough notice (4 weeks notice min).
During the unprecedented Covid19 lockdown we appreciate that events are having to be cancelled, our refund policy during this Lockdown period is changing to:
Deposits and payments are transferable to another date post lockdown but they are not refundable.
